Badlands has several convenient methods available for you to manage your account.
WithdrawalDepositWithdrawing funds from your accountDue to the high cost of transferring funds, we respectfully request that each customer seek only one payout per week. Adherence to this policy enables us to continue providing one free pay-out per Calendar month, as well as, continuing to pick up the majority of the cost of all subsequent pay-outs without the need to pass on the full amount to the customer. Credit Card Payout:Payouts will be issued back to credit, or debit, cards used to process deposits. All charge or debit card depositors must receive payments on winnings via other payment methods. Further information, authorization and identification will be required of the cardholder before any payouts are processed. No withdrawals will be processed without first meeting the requisite 15 days clearance on all credit card and debit card deposits. Payouts back to cards take approximately 7 business days to reach your bank. Please note: In order that we may best facilitate our customer's needs, we sometimes add new payment methods that we think might serve well and discontinue those that do not. For the latest information on payment options, please contact a service representative at 1-800-274-8313.Ways to send moneyGeneral Deposit Information:Badlands will credit your account for 100% of the transaction fees on all deposits exceeding $300. If you deposit less than $300, Badlands will reimburse you for anything over the first $15 of the fee. For example; your transaction fee on a deposit of $200 = $22. Badlands will reimburse you in the amount of $7. Money Wire Transfer:Wire transfer instructions change daily. Please call the folks in customer service at 1-800-291-3359 or 1-800-563-3043 before sending a wire. We accept money wire transfers from two different wire services and we have receiving posts in many different countries, each with different operators waiting to receive your funds. It is very important that you never send a wire without getting the most current instructions. Wires can be sent with cash at your local wire transfer location or over the phone with your credit card. If you'd like to use your credit card, our customer service office can provide you with instructions and a toll free number for the wire transfer service. Neteller transfers can be issued online by the customer. CLICK2PAY*:CLICK2PAY is a free global payment community that acts like an online wallet. It provides a safe and secure method to transfer cash online, same-day payments, and virtually instant cash transfers.
There is no need to pre-fund your account.
